Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel rooms were very spacious and luxurious, lovely, clean, comfortable, with appealing bathrooms. The location within the airport setting was perfect for a restful sleep between flights, but not clearly communicated as airside, which could be challenging for guests with luggage. The dining experience lacked variety and was overall below expectations. However, the facilities provided everything needed for a few hours' stay, making the visit convenient.
Staying at this hotel right in the middle of Terminal 2 at Changi Airport was a convenient experience, especially for early flights, though the windowless rooms may not suit everyone.
Staying at the hotel was super convenient for me since it is located inside the airport terminal, perfect for clearing immigration quickly. Although the room was a bit small, it was compact and simple as expected for a transit stay. The breakfast available in the early morning at Berubah was a lifesaver after a long flight, but I did have to manually adjust the air conditioner temperature in the room.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really comfy which was a plus, but the price for only 6 hours at $110 was quite steep. It was very inconvenient for us, especially for my mother who was in a wheelchair and needed rest before our flight.
My stay at the Transit Hotel in terminal 3 was exactly as expected for the price. The rooms had noise from the corridor and nearby rooms, but the bathroom facilities were great. I enjoyed the quiet and private room.
I stayed at the hotel for a quick sleep and refresh before catching my next flight, and it was perfect for a short stopover at Terminal 2. The location right within the terminal made it super convenient, especially being close to the outside smoking venue.
I found the hotel to be alright for an overnight stay, but it didn't quite meet my expectations considering the price paid. The location in the middle of terminal 2 at Changi Airport was convenient, yet it felt more like a dormitory style setup.
I had a comfortable stay during a short transit at the hotel. The room was clean and quite conducive for a few hours' sleep, although it could have been cleaner as I noticed some hair in the bathroom. The room also had a vague smell of cigarette smoke, which was a bit unpleasant. Perfect for a quick rest during transit.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were dark, small, and not well-equipped, and the noise from the airport service access way kept me up at night, affecting my rest. However, the location within the airport transit area was convenient for a short layover, and the dining options offered plenty of choices. The service was satisfactory, but the facilities could use some improvement.
Staying at the Transit Hotel in terminal 3 for a quick 6-hour layover was convenient for my early flight at Changi Airport. The room had a slight cigarette smoke smell and noise from the corridor and nearby rooms, but given the short stay, it served its purpose well.
